- What about the server? Will the server fail?
A) Absolutely not. The server has a 99.9%
uptime guarantee.
- Do I need to backup my files?
A) No need. This software is hassle-free,
which means no need for you to do anything other than enjoy the benefits of
this software. Backups are automatic and data will be up to date all
times.
- Can anyone really use this software?
A) Yes! Anyone can use this system. A
method that I used to test the friendliness of this software was that I sat
down users in front of the software that had not ever seen it before.
I asked them to create a cart/box/tray, move the cart to different locations
and update expiration dates. Not only did the users succeed, but with
ease.
- I have seen other processes and programs for managing crash carts, who's
is better?
A) Well, I am biased, but I say mine is.
There are several reasons why: 1) I had the option of creating
this application any way I wanted to. Since I had had such extensive
background with managing crash carts, I knew exactly what needed to be done.
So I did it. 2) I also investigated these other processes and
programs to see what they had. All I found was confusion and
frustration. Unclear instructions and the process just took too long.
